Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued
notification for recruitment of 30,000 posts of Assistant Loco Pilot and Technician for the Railway Divisions all over India for the posts in pay Band -III. Applications are invited from the candidates
by Ministry of Railways. The details of the notification are given below.

Educational Details
Assistant Loco Pilot - Candidates should be
minimum SSC with Apprenticeship/ITI/Diploma at the time of applying. Candidates
with higher educational qualification can also apply.
Technician - Candidates should be minimum SSC
with Apprenticeship/HSC/ITI/Diploma at the time of applying. Candidates with
higher educational qualification can also apply.
Age Details
·
UR : between 18 to 30years
·
OBC : between 18 to 33 years
·
SC/ST : between 18 to 35 years
Note : Age relaxation will be applicable as
per government norms.
How to Apply
Candidates should download the application
form from advertisement by loging to any one of the railway website for eg: www.mumbai.gov.in or www.indianrailways.gov.in. Fill
out the details in the application form. The application form along with the
Demand Draft/IPO of Rs.40/- for (General And OBC) candidates. The duly filled
application form should be sent to the Applied RRB address given in the
Advertisement.
No fees for SC/ST/PH/Ex-S/OBC with yearly income
less than Rs.50000/-
Selection Procedure
Candidates who are found eligible will be
issued admit card for Written Test. The Written test will be followed by
Physical Test and Medical Test.
The Written Exam will be of one and half hours
and consisting of 100 marks covering questions on GK, maths and reasoning etc.
